Three Principles Paradigm Professional Membership
Terms and Service Agreement
The following are the terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) for the Three Principles Paradigm Professional Membership.
These terms were last modified on August 23rd 2018.
1. GENERAL
ThreePrinciplesParadigm.com is a trade name of Thought Feeling Ltd.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
I, , hereby agrees to engage Thought Feeling Ltd to provide them with the following services (the “Services”) of a Professional Membership of ThreePrinciplesParadigm.com site for a period of 12 months starting from the date of this Agreement:
It is agreed that the membership includes the following goods and services within the twelve-month period during which the Agreement is active and in force:
12 Live Professional 90 minute Webinar Classes with Dr. Keith and Valda Monroe held on the 2nd Sunday each month, at 12-1.30pm PT, 3-4.30pm ET, 8-9.30pm UK. In the event that we cannot deliver a monthly class on the agreed date then we will provide the class on an alternative date during the same month. In exceptional circumstances the classes may have to be delivered by an alternative and suitably qualified person.
A livestream ticket to our 4 day Advanced April Seminar 2019* (The client may upgrade their ticket to a live in person ticket by paying an additional fee which is the difference between the standard livestream price and the standard in person ticket price. The 20% discount offered as part of this membership for other courses on Three PrinciplesParadigm.com does not apply to the April event.)
20% discount for live events and online courses run by ThreePrinciplesParadigm.com throughout the year (except for the April event). This 20% discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the client for tickets for themselves to attend courses run by ThreePrinciplesParadigm.com and cannot be used to buy tickets on behalf of other parties.

3. REFUNDS AND RENEWALS
Annual Subscriptions are eligible to be cancelled and refunded within 14 days from the date of the Agreement being signed.
PLEASE NOTE: In line with UK legislation on the selling of digital goods and services, the customer acknowledges that they waive their right to cancel within 14 days as soon as they begin streaming the services or downloading materials they are entitled to access as part of the agreement.
4. CLIENT PRIVACY
You consent to Thought Feeling Ltd using your personal information according to the Privacy Policy that can be found at this link: https://threeprinciplesparadigm.com/privacy-policy/ (copy and paste in a new tab or window to view).
5. TERM OF AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement (the ‘Term’) will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect for twelve months. The Term of this Agreement may be extended with the written consent of both Parties.
6. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
Except that you must be informed in a reasonable manner, Thought Feeling Ltd retains the right to make changes to its Professional Membership Program or other programs as it sees fit. This is not to be considered an intention to change terms, but an assertion of the legal right to do so in the event it may be necessary.
7. GOVERNING LAW
The Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. TO WHO THESE TERMS APPLY
The rights granted under these Terms are granted to you only. If you are an organisation, a purchase allows one individual within your organisation to exercise the rights granted by these Terms. If multiple individuals within your organisation require access, there must be a purchase for each individual. The appointed individual may not be changed.
Thought Feeling Ltd and Blevens and Monroe retain the right to prohibit organisations, groups, or individuals, or yourself from using its websites or Material or Services at its discretion.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ThreePrinciplesParadigm.com and Thought Feeling Ltd ‘Material’ is defined as any intellectual property, documents, web pages and products provided by the Three Principles Paradigm.com website (the ‘Site’) including the Intellectual Property of Dr. Keith Blevens and Valda Monroe which the site exists to share as an educational resource. It goes without saying that any reference to material by the late Sydney Banks on the Site remains the property of the estate of the late Mr Banks. All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) of Thought Feeling Ltd Material are the property of Thought Feeling Ltd and its suppliers, Blevens and Monroe. Thought Feeling Ltd and Blevens and Monroe reserve all of their rights to the Three Principles Paradigm.com, Thought Feeling Ltd Material. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Thought Feeling Ltd or Blevens and Monroe except as expressly provided in these Terms.
While this Agreement is active you have our consent to share, photocopy and distribute our materials with your clients for educational purposes.
This agreement does not include the right to publish in full any of our materials on your website or in a book. It does include the right to quote our materials, with the proviso that a direct link to the original source materials on our site is published as well.
In sharing and distributing any of our materials in your work with clients you agree to use them in their original form in which we publish them and not amend or adapt them.
Any distribution of any Blevens, Monroe, Thought Feeling Ltd Material that violates these Terms is subject to liquidated damages in an amount equal to that which would be payable by a copyright infringer for knowingly copying a work, and based on each page of any website which uses Thought Feeling Material being a separate work under the Copyright Act and each access of a page of a website by a customer being a separate publication of a work.
Thought Feeling Ltd shall have the right to represent its suppliers in any dispute.
10. USE AND PURPOSE
You accept full responsibility for determining whether Thought Feeling Ltd Material and Three Principles Paradigm Services are suitable for any particular purpose. The site and its materials are for educational purposes only and are not a replacement for professional medication, diagnosis or services.
11. LIABILITY AND INDEMIFICATION
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, or consequential damage related to your use of Thought Feeling Ltd Material and Three Principles Paradigm Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Thought Feeling Ltd, its owner and its contractors, harmless from any actions, claims, losses, damages, party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or Thought Feeling Ltd Material or Thought Feeling Ltd Services.
12. WHOLE AGREEMENT
Except as explicitly set forth in this agreement, these Terms, the pricing displayed on the Site and the Site’s Disclaimer, constitute the whole agreement between you and Thought Feeling Ltd, notwithstanding any Thought Feeling Material other than this Agreement, communication between you and Thought Feeling, including email assistance, or announcements, newsletters or promotional materials from Thought Feeling Ltd.
